Nothing lifts my mood quite like the thrill of a good sale find, and while January is not exactly known to be the most exciting month, it does provide plenty of incredibly good fashion discounts perfect for kick-starting our 2026 wardrobes.

When my sister recently asked me what was worth buying from the January sales, I did what any good sister who works in fashion would: I combed through the sale sections of all the coolest retailers and brands to bring her an add-to-cart-worthy list of chic pieces that will see her through winter and into spring in style. Her one request was items that ooze elegance—elevated pieces she could wear for work, the weekend, and everything in between—which is exactly what I leaned into.
